Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Tharshan Sreetharan is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of LearntIn and has over 18 years of experience with 10 + years in senior leadership and manage roles. His core expertize lies in project management business consulting, software delivery management, product management, business analysis and in providing mentoring and executive leadership & support to his clients and firms he works with.

Tharshan has a strong passion for mentoring, coaching and training professionals in his core areas of expertise. Tharshan is also a co-author of version 3 of Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) and has written various articles on Business Analysis, Project Management & Agile Management. He has also been actively involved in the preparation of course materials and has delivered training for various business and IT subjects in his role as an adjunct professor at various international university programs.

Tharshan is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM®) & Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree (Bsc.) in Information Technology (Software Engineering) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ECU Australia. He is also certified in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) UK and Managing IT Projects (MITP®) from George Washington University in USA.
