Advanced Business Analysis & Requirements Management
Advanced Business Analysis & Requirements Management course is devised to cater to Senior Business Analysts / Consultants who are playing a Business Architect role in projects / programs spanning the entire breadth of a business domain or for Senior Business Analysts who are performing a lead consulting role in a large scale project or Program. The course is specifically for Business Analysts with more than 7 years of proven experience in Business Analysis delivering medium to large scale projects and who are looking at taking the next step of leading the Business Analysis activities of a enterprise wide application.
Method of delivery
The 3 day programme is formulated in such a manner so that by the end of the sessions the participant will be equipped with the requisite knowledge, skills and techniques to play a Business Architect / Lead Consultant role in a large scale engagement. The session would consist of classroom lecture sessions and discussions, collaborative games and exercises, debates and hands-on sessions on the key techniques and concepts to be mastered by the lead level consultant.
